Training
Location: Montview Oval Netball Courts
Days: Wednesdays (Thurs and Fri upon request) from April to September.
Times: Training times will be confirmed with parents following grading.
Training days and times are set by the coaching coordinator after consideration of many factors including coach/coach mentor availability, number of teams, court availability and age of players. It is often difficult to get a training time and location that suits all team members and the Coach, so we ask that you be as accommodating as possible with your availability of training sessions.
Parent/Guardians are responsible for ensuring all children are:
- at training each week for the full duration of the training session.
- kept at home if unwell and coach/manager advised as soon as possible.
- collected from their training court each session (children will not be allowed to leave the courts unaccompanied).
- not left alone at the courts by ensuring players arrive and depart training at allocated times.
- a registered member of the Club prior to ‘joining in’ a training session.
Training cancellations will be notified as soon as possible via direct message from the team coach/manager. Wet weather notifications can also be made via social media.
Senior teams are not allocated a training day/time however can contact the coaching coordinator to arrange if desired.
